Hayward Social Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies and marketing materials
Concepts or draft work not selected remain the intellectual property of Hayward Social Studio.
Limitation of Liability
We will provide services with reasonable skill and care.
However, Hayward Social Studio shall not be liable for:

Platform algorithm changes affecting performance

The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date
